The room was okay but the mattress was terrible and the pillows were paper thin. Also we never had hot water while we were there. Apparently something was wrong with the water heating. The pool was nice as were the cabanas. The restaurant optoons were fine but we did not like that all of them were ...

They say the check in time is at 4pm however if you want to make reservations for dinner it is between the hours ...
