"Upon arrival, nothing was explained about the amenities, not even mentioned at all at check in. The room floor was stained and the elevators were not clean and very small. Underground parking which we found out about after further questioning the front desk agent. The parking lot and underground parking were well lit and clean. Definitely a kid friendly place!! Not recommended for a quiet night as children were running up and down the halls, but was easily fixed with ear buds when trying to sleep."

"Great service, a clean environment, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance of Fashion Valley Station, making it easy to take the trolley wherever you need to go. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is difficult to review because it's a new hotel that seemed to be built cheaply. Positives: Housekeeping did a good job cleaning our room. The kids enjoyed the pool. Negatives: Daily parking fee was high considering there's no airport or theme park close by. I'm not sure about the local laws regarding public drug use, but we often saw or smelled people smoking pot in the parking lot. Location wasn't close to any of the San Diego sites."

"Brian at the front desk is amazing. Computers were down during check in, and he was super helpful and accommodating. Hotel is in a good location with quick access to the highway, close to airport. Close to Old Town village which has plenty of shopping, food, and activities. Rooms are average but comfortable. Would recommend"
