"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. Stunning bedrooms and very quiet. Superb location and only about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely buffet...

It is spotless, charming and classy- right in the middle of everything (but especially Las Setas and the gastronomical mile- great location if you are a foodie) . It was a refuge from the heat. "Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Staff were pleasant and very helpful. The lobby, rooms and common areas on the main floor were very clean and nice. The plunge pool on the upper terrace was a disappointment as it is worn and tried looking and there were no loungers poolside. We had stayed previously in hotels with plunge pools and terraces that we used regularly. Not this one. Other wise beautiful hotel in a great location."

"Close to all the action….almost too close with parades, concerts and construction right outside. Piso was clean and great, only thing missing was an iron, there was an ironing board, but no iron."

Great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Towel changes provided are nice to have. Thought we were booking the unit with the pool but ours did not have one. Make sure you are choosing the right apartment when booking. "
