We went just after Christmas, the nutcracker were performing so we got to see lovely performances in beautifully festive surroundings, lovely gorgeous castle, we took our time there with audio guides and watched the short film in the basement, took us about 3 hours
Really interesting visit, spend most of a day there and would recommend to anyone visiting toronto. If they're open, definitely go up the towers to get a good view of the skyline of the city.
