The staff was very helpful to accommodate us when we had to leave our bags for 2 extra hours. They let us keep the room until we came back from a tour. The room was good and clean. The area is not super convenient if you don't have a car as it's a bit far from the interesting spots. If you are willing to walk, it's not a big deal.

My husband really loved our stay here, the hotel was very beautiful, food was really good and the over all hotel was very clean.. good location to walk around as well The receptionist Mohammed was very helpful Only down side was the pool was closed But other than that, it was a very good stay I would highly recommend

Great hotel! Would love to come again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. The apartment had utilities for 4 guest in the kitchen and the kitchen was clean. They had enough towels and gave refill whenever we needed extra. The only minus thing was that they didn’t have coffee cups, and we got small glasses instead because lack of understanding English. Not every cleaning staff could speak English but they tried hard to help us and give what we wanted. The rooms were spacious enough for a family with two children. Would like to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel. Location was very safe and easy to come around with InDrive cab app. (English spoken drivers). Highly recommend to download this app. Minus: the buffe, poor choose of food, the cheese was hard and outdated. They didn’t have any spoons or bowls for cereals. We had to ask them several time to get the spoon and bowls. Some of the food didn’t look fresh or appealing. The juice tasted odd. We just had breakfast buffe one day. Positve: the omelette section and friendly staff who made your omelette like the way you wanted. Minus: the laundry- there was no washing machine in the rooms but at the reception. You could wash clothes with an additional fee. We thought that it would be in our rooms as described in website.

It was a very bad experience in thid property because there is no soundprofing in the bulding. You hear the traffic and car horn from the room like if you were on the street. The carpet in rooms are not even vaccum not to mention shampoo. Same for carpet on hall ground.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Location was ok, was a bit of a walk to the city centre or towards the mosque. A few different options in the area for dining. Staff were very welcoming.

Good value in Casablanca

Location was excellent close to many restaurants and shopping. The apartment was a good size with ample space for a family of four. The unit definitely needed some TLC with a fresh coat of paint as there were many marks on the walls but the it was clean otherwise.

The emplacement is good very good, close to parks and shopping centres. The room is a little small but you have an equipped kitchen if your interested in preparing your food. The towels are clean but a little old. The breakfast is ok

Certainly most bad experience stay . As being gold member I have stayed 1000s of hotel nights. A certain age lady from reception shouted at me just cause I went my room to get my charger with my gf . As if it’s a prison . She could talk better way being a hospitality worker. Horrible experience made my whole stay bad.

The hotel is very nice and the receptionists are really helpful The pool was not working There is a happy hour advertised in the room but when you go to the roof bar they have never heard of Happy Hour and make no attempt to be helpful.
