Really terrible. No AC no towels poor service room wasnt ready . Telephone didnt work . Loose wires fire hazards in the bedroom it stinks like cigarettes the restirant was even worse noisy dirty sticky tables for the value prices were high . NEVER BOOK HERE!!!

Avis mitigé, personnel au petit soins (acceuil de nuit et du jour). Nous avons réservé une chambre deluxe (lit double et non fumeur) mais confirmation sur place est une chambre simple, lit jumeaux et fumeur. Paiment sur place supérieure au prix annoncé (rien de grave 0.90€ de plus), mais le petot déjeuner annoncé inclus nous l'avons pas eu (restaurant fermé le jour de l'Aïd, compréhensif mais nous aurions aimés le savoir à l'avance. Geste de l'hôtel poir le désagrément est un surclassemnt, très appréciable. Par contre le ménage dans la chambre est très moyen. Je comprends que la situation sanitaire (COVID) a touché de façon négatif les établissements hôteliers, mais il y'a toujours moyen de permettre aux clients de passer un séjour convenable. Je n'exclus pas un future séjour dans l'établissement mais j'espère qu'une vigilance plus plus soit consacrée au ménage.

COMFORT and CONVENIENCE

Conveniently located in the city center. Since this is a small botique hotel, staff are very attentive to your needs. They all spoke Arabic, French, and English. Close to McDonald’s for a quick easy bite. Easy access the groceries and stores.

Hotel correct, personnel sympathique et accueillant. Emplacement central. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Un grand point positif pour la literie. Le seul point négatif vient du restaurant en bas de l'hôtel, qui est également le restaurant de l'hôtel.
