Fabulously attentive staff. We stayed 3 nights while visiting Florence - I don’t remember all the names but stand outs include Aurora and Elizabeth and the nice lady at reception with the curly blonde hair! Also Alessandro the shuttle driver! Lovely breakfast and lovely views and comfortable bed ...

Highly recommend for many reasons. My one complaint is that my bungalow wasn’t very soundproof. neighboring bungalows made noise late into one night.
