"The property is Western themed keeping with the town of Winthrop with cabins and 2-story buildings. Originally I was given a second story unit but asked for one on the first floor. It was clean and roomy. The walls were dark logs. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. TV worked well. Only issue was the formica countertop was cracked on the front corner."

"Property was condemned by the health department when we arrived leaving us stranded with no place to stay. No communication from Expedia or the hotel owner so we drove hours to stay there. This was a new low."

"The staff was very nice but never around when you needed them. The office was closed most of the two days we were there. They were definitely short staffed. Which was so disheartening beings it was summertime. The kayaking was amazing and the restaurant was excellent but they only serve dinner during the week with breakfast, lunch and dinner on offered on weekends. We did not know that prior to getting there. I think that management needs to be more accommodating to those who made reservations...

"Clean beds, spacious rooms for big family. WiFi is weak. 45 mins driving to Crater Lake. The Beckie’s restaurant has pretty good food. Good experience overall."
