"This property is about 10 mins walk to the restaurants & convenience store. The shared washroom needs more attention in cleanliness & renovations needed. When we were there, about 11 people (3 rooms) shared the same washroom and it was a busy morning. "

"The Art Inn really is a special jewel in the heart of the city! The hotel is extremely clean, quiet and centrally located! Unfortunately during our stay there were unexpected repairs needed on the roof, but the hotel notified us immediately and offered a full refund. They then made alternate accommodations at a nearby restaurant for guests. The one down side of the hotel is the stairs! Guests on the 2nd and third floors have to walk up a very steep staircase to access reception and their rooms...
