A real big tick on your “bucket list” Lorena who looked after us was amazing and we wanted for nothing Lovely food and wine in the evening and delicious breakfast all served to your room. The ambience of this beautiful place was simply wonderful."

"Staff very helpful and spoke English, room excellent and clean with very comfortable beds; the problem was the parking-difficult to find the garage & have to manoeuvre the car into a lift to the basement and the access to the rooms via lifts with key cards. Also the instructions for the garage were inspiken Spanish and there would not be room in the lift for a large vehicle e.g SUV."

Automated room check-in could have been better: door code email arrived in good time and it worked ok on the street door but not on the room door - fortunately another guest had the same problem and the phone helpline was quick to reset the room locks."

"What a beautiful renovation and serene environment. These are basic rooms and not luxurious. No A/C, but the rooms are clean with modern bathrooms. The property has a lovely central square that the hotel rooms surround, that is peaceful and charming. Gorgeous biblical art and grand arches can be seen throughout the common spaces, and act as a reminder that this building was originally a convent from the mid 1600s. The breakfast was adequate and overall makes your stay feel very welcoming. I highly recommend a stay here when in Miranda de Ebro."

"The hotel is very well run, I liked the coffee station but no coffee in the room was a minor down side, the breakfast was very varied and delicious The only problem for me is I stayed on Sunday and the restaurant next door was shut and no local options available also hotel doesn't have a bar"
