cheiro de mofo e falta de agua quente

Experiencia péssima, desagradável,chegamos ao hotel e colocaram nós em um quarto com odor de mofo, fronha não está cheirosa também, cobri a mesma com uma camiseta, depois de horas de viagem, tomei um banho e tentei dormir até o jantar, deixei tudo aberto para ventilar, acordei e sai do hotel ,retornando expliquei que não estava contente e minha rinite atacada, a recepcionista trocou nós de quarto, depois da mudança feita , o outro quarto aparentava limpo, porém sem agua no chuveiro, peguei o telefone do quarto para avisar a recepção e o mesmo não funcionava, liguei do meu celular varias vezes e mesmo assim demorou aproximadamente 1 hora e 40 para voltar a agua quente, em um dia frio , imagine que caos e ainda dormir sem tomar banho, péssimo, no outro dia até mesmo conversei com a gerente que não estava presente no momento da falta da agua e ela tratou o caso como uma coisa simples e falando que foi 20 minutos, primeiro que tenho como provar os horários das chamadas telefônicas e a mesma disse que foi chamado um técnico terceirizado para resolver e acreditem não foi rápido, enfim péssimo hotel pelo o valor cobrado....pedimos até um desconto pela insatisfação porém não foi dado....

Hotel copas velhas uma viagem no tempo

Hotel tradicional de Cascavel sou natural de Cascavel mas moro fora há muito tempo. Foi decepcionante foi um verdadeiro túnel do tempo pois me senti nos anos 90 devido às condições do hotel. Hotel simplesmente está abandonado. A piscina que é linda super boa com as bordas todas sujas cadeiras quebradas parecia um filme de terror. Ponto forte São as pessoas que trabalham lá todas imbuídos de um bom atendimento

Horrível, pegamos um final de semana para tentar aproveitar a piscina que estava em estado deplorável , bordas quebradas, bar inativo horrível, cadeira e espreguiçadeiras quebradas e antigas. falta de manutenção completa. Sem falar no colchão e cobertas que devem ser de pelos menos 30 anos atrás. Café da manhã básico e ruim para pior. Muita decepção, por se tratar de um hotel com tanto renome.

Old but serves the purpose

The hotel is one of the oldest in the city, however, in my experience, is still the best option. It shows it's age, drab and somewhat worn, but has basic necessities. Management is very responsive. This trip was a challenge as they lost the internet for 1/2 a day, however, regular updates lessened the blow. I would stay here again.
