4/5 - Good
It’s a nice little town, but absolutely no chance of parking anywhere and ppl drive very recklessly there, no one follows driving regulations, it’s basically who has the loudest horn
While visiting Centro Storico, you might make a stop by sights like Vanvitelli Square and Caserta Cathedral.

We travelled to a wedding so it was not a holiday as such but ate out in the town centre and had a great time. Would highly recommend the Vieux Carrè bar. Food was amazing but simple and the craft beer and the wine were fantastic.
Nice city from what little transpired during August holiday shutdown. The Reggia is a miracle to behold but rather poorly maintained and run. Lots of other things to see around.
A nice quiet town. Plenty of excellent restaurants. Easy train connections to Naples & beyond
Unless you’re one of the beautiful people avoid the Tre Farine pizza restaurant - we were made to wait 40 minutes for a table while others were seated until we twigged and walked out!
Caserta was quiet and a fair distance from this hotel. Good transport links and plenty of places to eat. Lots of historic site seeing opportunities and day trips available.
