We had a nice experience at Ramkota! Trevor very nice and room was clean. We liked the Wyoming vibe. It’s not overly fancy, but did the trick for our short trip to Casper. Close to downtown and a quick hop on the highway to get to other areas of Casper. Pool looked fun, but we didn’t get to experience that.

Still haven’t receive a refund I was guaranteed because they gave our rooms away and gave us a super small room and a room that smelt like mold. We came another weekend believing it would be better but this time the front desk lady tried over charging us and then had the wrong reservation at first. The male front desk agent was excellent tho. His name is Trevor. They are lucky to have him.

When I arrived for check in, there was no one at the front desk. I could see the person in the office, but she ignored me for several minutes. After she finally checked me in she offered no other information. I had to ask maintenance staff where our room was. Our room contained no information about the hotel, no TV guide and no Kleenex. We also couldn’t get the room cooled to a suitable temperature.
