"We did not use the pool or business services so I can't talk about those. At our entrance the outside trash can was full and bags on the ground. Inside the door were more bags of trash. Like every mid range hotel, the elevator and hallways stunk of marijuana. The website said there was breakfast for purchase and there was a big sign in the elvator talking about being able to get pastries and sandwiches at 'the commons" a restaurant area by the entrance. Well, they offer nothing but coffee so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. The heater was wacky and wax either freezing or too hot. It was jard to regulate. Beds were comfy and room was clean, but we probably won't stay here again. "

"The bathroom toilet did not flush. My husband had to fix the chain twice! It was very disgusting ! The bathtub , I needed a step stool just to get into the tub to take a shower!! I’m only 6 ft and the tub was ridiculously high!! Also the tv didn’t work. Talk to the young gentleman at the front desk and the only thing he said was “ I will talk to my manager “.
I will Never stay there again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there!"

"Water is not hot enough and the wifi for hotel was not working so I had to hook into convention wifi but the staff is so outstanding that all complaints are dissolved, thank you for the hospitality, Tamara and Charlie from Cuba ❤️❤️✅ fantastic customer service"

"The hotel had very good prices and the location was wonderful as it was close to alot of things, loke restaurants and shops. We opted for two queen beds even though it was just my wife and I. The bed was somewhat stiff but definitely not horrible. Yeah had a room on the very top floor in a corner and the only setback we had was a family that was exactly right next to us in the small closed off area kinda and they were just kinda of in and out over and over nonstop and they also had a dog with them that either had seizures or something because 4 times over the two days in the middle of the night it was screaming like it was hurt, but know it wasnt cause our dog jad them when he was a puppy but this dog was older. Other then that the hotel and staff was really nicely kept and friendly so definitely would stay there again when in the area."
