"Poor air conditioning . Air filters were not changed and were dirty. Had to call maintenance personnel. Instead of replacing air filter they just vacuumed it🙈. Definitely a problem with the approach. Another issue is the lack of parking, had to park my car across the street and had my window broken ..."
