"Quirky artistic decor which was unique to every room. Clean, bright and good facilities in the rooms, comfy beds. Warm welcome and friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast with lots of choice. A nice lounge area for guests. Very convenient location, although noisy (not in the hotel’s control, to be expected on a busy street in the heart of the old town). We were sorry to only stay one night - would definitely choose again!"

"On our first visit to Bologna we figured we would stay at the hotel Metropolitan because of its location in the city as it was fairly central to all the interesting areas and gave us a great place to start to explore from. One thing to note is that it is a bit of a walk from the train station, but the walk is nice and is mostly under porticoes which made it much more enjoyable. The hotel itself was very clean and nice and the room was set up very well. I did read from other reviewers about...

"Ein super Hotel für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Wir waren als Familie zu viert und hatten 2 riesen große Zimmer verbunden durch einer Tür miteinander. Super praktisch direkt an der Autobahn gelegen. Aber man hört die Autobahn überhaupt nicht. Betten super bequem. Dusche perfekt. Frühstück ok, italienisch halt aber es war alles da. Wir würden es sehr empfehlen"
