"What a great location. We were so glad we paid for a sea view, as we enjoyed the beautiful sunrises. The apartment had everything we needed, and we loved the big, soft, fluffy towels. Very comfortable, but the bed was a bit too hard for me, and the floors in the communal areas could do with a good mopping."

"Loved the Poblenau neighborhood where this hotel is located--it's a quiet untouristed area a few metro or bus stops from the main attractions, with a thriving dining and shopping scene that feels much more local than other areas overrun by tourists like the Gothic and La Rambla areas. The hotel offers an excellent buffet breakfast to start one's day (extra charge) and the room we had was roomy and clean and quiet, with the one quibble being the bath/shower had temperature that kept changing from cold to scalding hot. Staff was polite and helpful."
