"Noticeable difference when different pool attendants (poolside covered in seagull dropping overnight and not washed down prior to re-opening in the morning) and room service personnel took over on Monday - noticeably not so attentive. Our original service person came back today, thankfully. "

"Very convenient location to the train station, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. We were able to get to all our destinations very easily (Pompei, Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano). Our host Francesco was very helpful in answering all our questions. Town feels very safe. Building entrance is run down but the actual flat is quite nice. Only thing missing is an iron for clothes. "This property is as advertised although we did not realize it is an active convent. The ladies were nice, English is minimal. A very quiet serene place for relaxing with great views of the Napoli Bay. It is out of the way and next to a busy street. Clean and secure, with breakfast daily. There are 3 places for meals within a 10 minute walk, hours of operation vary. Any other amenities or activities do require some travel."
