We enjoyed our stay at this place, the staff was very welcoming! I definitively recommended. WE hope to be back soon.

Staff was Amazing! But the room was so small, the shower was even smaller, it was almost impossible to wash properly. I am not a large person and my elbows would bang into the shower glass, forget bending down to wash your feet! A/C not cooling, so we sweated all night. No coffee machine in the room, I believe this is the minimum for a room of that price! Although the place has a magnificent view, our room had none, ground level, a broken cement table in the front yard with bushes growing under it, lawn was not done for a while… A weird wooden door was in our bathroom so I opened it and saw it was like an opening to the structure beneath, it was dark and black mold on the walls of it….) I don’t like to say bad things usually but the truth is; we could have gotten a súper beautiful room or apartment. Town is precious, people are súper nice.

This is a beautiful property and beautiful location. Excellent service. Excellent staff. The restaurant over there is unique. Jessica helped us a lot. Giovanna, Debora, Esperanza all lovely ladies working there, would go out of the way to any help needed. Aniza is a great pastry chef and good baker. Loved our three days stay over there.

What a gorgeous property. It was a bit rainy when we were there so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the pool. We had a great time exploring the grounds though. The extra large room was VERY welcomed after all the other tiny European ones. It was very luxurious and comfortable. They even provided room service. Our favorite part though was discovering the nearby town of Castellina. It is literally built into a castle. It was actually jaw dropping. So charming and plenty of cozy restaurants, and only a 10 minute stroll from the hotel.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The staff at this family ran hotel were all lovely, friendly and helpful. We booked 5 x nights bed & breakfast but we had a couple of lunches here too. Food was very good. Lots of choice at breakfast, yummy cakes, croissants, fruit, meats etc. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was lovely and clean and much appreciated in the hot month of August. Just a 10 minute walk away or 2 minute drive is Castellina in Chianti, a beautiful & enchanting little town with a few shops, restaurants and bars which we visited a few evenings. We booked a lunch & wine tasting at Poggio Amorelli a nearby vineyard which was wonderful and the hotel kindly arranged transport to and from the vineyard. The hotel was ideally placed to visit many beautiful places like Siena, Perugia & San Gimignano. We had a fantastic time here. Would whole heartedly recommend.

Amazing. Words can’t describe how great it is here! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this property and would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone planning to explore Tuscany by car. The location was very convenient for driving to nearby towns such as Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, and others, making it a great base for sightseeing. The breakfast each morning was simple but delicious, with everything tasting fresh and high quality, very much a farm-to-table feel, which we really appreciated. The staff were lovely throughout our stay, always kind, welcoming, and very helpful with any questions or requests we had. We also had dinner at the villa one evening. The food was good and the setting was beautiful, but it was a bit on the pricey side. For that reason, I would personally recommend trying the many local restaurants nearby instead, which offer excellent food at better value and are just a short drive away. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a beautiful setting, and a great base for exploring the region.

Would stay here again!

The greeting on arrival was warm and welcoming, with a guided tour of the hotel and grounds before we were shown to our room. We especially enjoyed seeing the vegetable garden and learning how they cure their own meats. We booked a junior suite with a garden view, and it exceeded expectations. The room was very spacious, with a super king bed and plenty of space for our large suitcases, as well as storage to fully unpack. The en-suite was larger than average, offering ample shelving for toiletries. The towels were soft and luxurious, and the locally made, honey-based toiletries were a thoughtful touch. Shortly after checking in, the staff reached out via WhatsApp, which made communication so easy. From dinner reservations to taxi arrangements, everything could be handled instantly, which was a brilliant service. We dined out on the decking, which had stunning views, and the food was absolutely delicious — the truffle pasta is a must-try! Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently friendly and attentive, always greeting us warmly and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, though it could benefit from a little extra tidying. It would also be nice if light bites were available there, but that’s a very minor point compared to everything else. Overall, this is a wonderfully rustic Tuscan hotel that perfectly blends charm, comfort, and hospitality. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!
