There are only specific times for check in so make sure you know that ahead of time. We had trouble checking in because our reservation was not in the Collelungo system. But I'm not sure if that was Expedia or the hotel. All worked out and we loved our stay. Highly recommend. "

Giovanna, Debora, Esperanza all lovely ladies working there, would go out of the way to any help needed. Aniza is a great pastry chef and good baker. Loved our three days stay over there. "
