"The room was amazing and perfectly clean the bathroom was fit for a queen. You definitely felt like you were in a castle. You could even call yourself royalty. This was my daughter‘s idea to stay here and it was the best idea she ever had. Our bartender Jonathan was amazing as was the entire staff. I Would recommend to anyone. It’s a once in a lifetime experience."

"When we arrived we had to wait some time for anyone to come to reception to check in. Room was ok but the floor was pretty grubby. We had no hot water, we told them & she said the plumber was working on it. We did get hot water not long after, then our air conditioning wiuldt work. It was about 30 degrees so pretty hot. We told them & we went out for a drink & by the time we got back it had been fixed. So pretty good service. Breakfast was very good. "

"Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. On the positive side, public areas are clean and up-to-date and the staff are pleasant. The amount charged...

"A fun time with a great staff. They went above and beyond for Halloween. It’s a grand big space with big comfortable public spaces and a nice room with a balcony. "

"エアコンがうるさいので音に敏感な人は寝れないかなって思った。真夏の宿泊には向いてないかも。私は真冬に宿泊したけどエアコン切ってても寒くなかったので、エアコン無しで過ごしてました。寝るときはエアコン無しでちょうどいいもしくはちょっと暑い。乾燥は強め。春秋冬の宿泊は問題なさそうです。 宿泊客自体は少ないので隣の部屋の騒音とかそういうのは気にならなかったです。 アメニティはタオル、ハンドソープ、ボディソープと必要最低限。足りないものがあったら近くのスーパー行けばそろうので問題なさそうです。 ホテルスタッフもほどよくフレンドリーで丁寧な接客でした。水回りは髪の毛が数本あったけど、まあ海外だから仕方ないかなってイメージ。"
