The residence is absolutely gorgeous in the middle of nowhere in Tuscany. The road is a bit bumpy to come but it’s worth it. The suites are very confortable and all the amenities are clean and very well decorated. I have to give a special wow to the breakfast in the morning, Simoh the chef, and his staff are simply amazing. Beautiful property in a lovely setting overlooking the marina. Great room with excellent facilities. Restaurant options on site are very good. An ideal base to chill out whilst in Tuscany.

The property seemed very new and was very clean and spacious. We did have a room with a terrace but being December and in the middle of a storm we didnt get to use it but I'd imagine it would be lovely on a nice warm evening. It is overlooked by high rise buildings so not private. We felt very welcome on arrival and were shown how to use the facilities. The rooms are above a restaurant which even though they had a party that evening we didn't hear much noise and very local to the main streets...

This was a real gem. I had a single room but the bed was bigger than a regular single bed and was very comfy too. The facilities in the room were excellent and classy, including a shower that had a fine array of options and was switched on by a remote control, a first for me! Breakfast was in a lovely room and the table settings were, again, very classy. The host was gracious and accommodating including setting breakfast for me early on the day I left. All in all, I recommend highly.

It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. We were informed about the air-conditioning being managed from the reception area if we wanted it changed. It was convenient to have somewhere to eat across the road as we arrived after 7pm. Brilliant little apartment, lovely roof terrace with whirlpool. Easy walk to station and beach. Check in all done via WhatsApp and seamless, beds comfy bathroom.excellent. highly reccomend
