Personale gentilissimo ed accogliente, siamo rimasti solo per una notte ma abbiamo avuto modo di gustarci l’aperitivo sulla terrazza e di godere della colazione ricchissima, con estratti di verdura e fruttta, aranciata fresca, pietanze salate e dolci tra cui torte, pancakes e waffles. Torneremo per provare la spa, alla prossima!

La struttura si presenta molto bella, dalle camere alla spa. Unica pecca è che la camera nel complesso “lo chalet” era poco insonorizzata, ogni volta che si apriva la porta principale si sentiva. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Hotel Milano Alpen Resort lo Chalet offre un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo con un servizio eccellente, ottima colazione e cena. Se poi si vogliono camere più accessoriate e confortevoli, bisogna scegliere il corpo centrale. Ho provato tutte le sistemazioni e sono sempre rimasta soddisfatta perchè il servizio era adeguato a ciò che sceglievo di spendere nelle diverse occasioni.

Ottimo

Ottima struttura, camera spaziosa e letto confortevole. Bagno un po’ datato ma comunque in buone condizioni, unica pecca l’insonorizzazione della camera (ogni volta si sentivano le porte sbattere o rumori in corridoio). Colazione ricca e di buona qualità. Staff cortese e disponibile. Spa ben curata e confortevole.

Good hotel, the room is large and clean, there is a mini bar, and the bathroom is modern. A bit noisy in the morning because of other guests leaving. The parking lot is small, but there is another very large one just 50m far. These chalet is just next to the "main" hotel, which also have the spa. There is a reduction for guests of the chalet, and it's totally worthwhile. All the amenities are given at the entrance, so there's no need to bring anything. 5-star breakfast, with a very wide selection of bio and homemade products. Overall, I'd recommend it, and I would (and probably will) come back.

Mini Price, 4 Star Stay

We enjoyed our little getaway to the Milano Alpen Resort. Lo Chalet was an excellent choice for us, offering a comfortable room at nearly 1/3 of the price of the suites in the main structure (just feet away). The check-in was at the front desk of the main building; we appreciated that they parked our car for us. Our room at Lo Chalet was moderately updated; we liked the modern touch of the wood wall above the bed with a recessed, illuminated image of the Pre Alps. Clean, updated bathroom, a cute terrace balcony with a view over the property/the mountains in the distance. The main attraction for us was the spa. Aesthetically clean and minimal, we enjoyed the thermal pool (though wished the water was warmer for our winter stay), the saunas and Turkish bath. Entrance to the spa was €25/pp including bathrobe, sandals, etc. Very tranquil. The Aperitivo was bustling, with live piano music. The bar area is chic, all floor to ceiling glass and warm wood beams. A very cool space. Dinner was traditional; we especially enjoyed the long dessert table. After dinner drinks at the bar had a chill nightlife vibe, a DJ and a mix of hip locals and guests. We snuggled on the couches, others played cards. The drinks were tasty. We slept through the continental breakfast, but were offered coffee after our late check-out which we enjoyed on the wrap-around patio in the sun. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience and a lovely, relaxed stay.

La camera dalla descrizione riportata sul sito prevedeva condizionatore e frigo bar, che in realtà non erano presenti. Il bagno aveva la tenda della doccia solo per metà.Arredo molto datato. Camera in alcuni punti con molta polvere.

hotel milano castione della presolana

Ho prenotato una camera con Expedia. Sono stato contattato via mail dalla struttura per propormi di cambiare la camera, situata in una dependance, con un'altra presso il corpo centrale dell'albergo. Il tutto con un supplemento per notte di 50 euro e con un ingresso a persona presso il centro benessere. Non ho il termine di paragone perché non ho visto la camera iniizialmente asegnatami ma quella presa era davvero ok. Personale gentile e disponibile, ristirante curato e buona colazione. un soggiorno quindi piacevole ma credo che sia più giusto descrivere meglio le camere in fase di prenotazione.

Vilken service! Mr Roberto kom med förslag på vandringar, matställen och sevärdheter utan att i första hand gagna egna hotellet, ingav ett verkligt förtroende. Hotellets placering är bra utgångspunkt för vandringar. Fantastisk frukost och bra resturang.

Nel complesso molto soddisfatto

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, anche la spa è molto bella e il servizio ottimo! Colazione altrettanto eccelente. Unica vera pecca , molto rumoroso come posto, specie se si ha intenzione di dormire la mattina oltre le 9.30, dato che dalle 8 il campanile accanto inizia a suonare di brutto molto spesso.

Ottimo weekend di relax

Location molto bella e abbiamo usufruito di un upgrade, la camera era molto pulita e il quadro della Presolana sulla parete molto suggestivo. Atmosfera da chalet moderno!

Non é tutto chiaro

Nel complesso é un buon hotel, ma non é ben chiara la presentazione della sestemazione del Lo chalet. Non viene detto che l'uso della spa non rientra nell offerta delle camere de Lo Chalet, che le camere non sono quelle fotografate nella presentazione dell Hotel e che in pratica la sistemazuone è in una depandance con camere decisamente di livello inferiore rispetto a un 4 stelle. Tutto ciò è stata una delusione, ma ormai una volta arrivati ci si adatta comunque! Mi spiace, perchè il posto è bello e il personale gentile! Piú chiarezza sarebbe stata apprezzata!
