"The hotel was in a great location. Casino was across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. We found the front desk to be very helpful and friendly. If you can try to reserve the parking via the hotel. Other venues of parking are expensive. The hotel definitely has old world charm. I would stay there again when back in Montreux."

"If it wasn't for the stunning view from the balcony and the comfy bed I would have been very disappointed. The rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment to meet the standards expected at the price they charge. Here are my main gripes; No bath robes (only slippers - why?) No tea/coffee facilities Radiators don't work properly, have to use noisy ancient aircon on high to heat the room. "The hotel is full of heritage, dating back to the mid 19th century. Both the building and its interior are fascinating, with relaxing colors that create a peaceful and stress-free atmosphere. We stayed for just one night during our long motorcycle trip, so unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the additional services the hotel has to offer. Our room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing - exactly what we needed after several days on the road....
