"First of all i couldn't stay at hotel the fisrt day i been told that they never worked with the hotels.com they didn't get us any room which i booked for my family 3 room I had to go to find another hotel very very bad cause its a busy city not easy to find good hotel last minutes 2. Bathrooms was smelling so bad i let reception know about it they said we're too busy no time doing proper cleaning 3. They didn't do change bed sheets and we they didn't cleaning our rooms they just got us...

Instructions for free transport from the airport were really poor and took us a lot of questions to find it and even then had to wait some time "
