Our two night stay was very comfortable. Facility is very clean, restaurant and bar areas are enjoyable to sit and enjoy the outside views of the lake. Good selection of beers and food items on the menu. One strange item was not being able to sit in the lobby with alcohol though you can a few feet away on the outdoor patio. But that in no way inhibits the enjoyable environment of the hotel public spaces. Room was very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Note it is also an easy walk to the downtown area for shopping and eating.

Nice location, clean room and nice resort. Good amenities - but the free e-bike rental schedule of 10am to 8pm isn’t great. Price via Expedia was excellent! Nelson is a gem of a town!

Great hotel right on the lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. Did not eat at the restaurant, but the coffee shop was great. We took advantage of the resort amenities- two hours on the e-bikes and kayaks. Both fantastic! Highly recommend this resort.

Love this town Coffee shop —AMAZING Lake path runs -awesome Sunday brunch-unique and delicious This hotel is lovely with large rooms and great beds Location can’t be beat. Walk up the hill to dinner or enjoy the path along the lake.
