"Excellent location on Marigot Bay. Staff, especially reception and Doolittle’s were very helpful and accommodation. Rooms in a nice setting on the hillside. Beach area is fairly neglected with loungers in poor condition."

"The staff were friendly and very attentive. If you need anything for your room just pick up the phone and ask and it will be delivered promptly. The pool bars close at 6pm and the water is warm. Food truck is a great alternative for lunch and they have daily specials but the jerk chicken was my favorite. Booking with Expedia gives you extra benefits like breakfast at Grazie. I highly recommend getting a swim out room as that was the highlight of our stay. And lastly, keep the fan on in your room so the mosquitos leave you alone!"

"We had a wonderful experience at Sandals! The resort is beautiful, the food was good, and the staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family. There are just a couple of things I think could make the experience even better. I would love to see more entertainment options, especially activities geared toward a younger or more mixed-age crowd. I also think the resort could use more outdoor seating. There are many beautiful open lawn areas where a few additional benches or seating areas would be great. The resort is lovely to walk around, explore, and take pictures, but sometimes you just want a place to sit and relax. One evening, we arrived early for our restaurant reservation and were asked to come back at our scheduled time. We didn’t want to return to our room, but unfortunately there wasn’t anywhere nearby to sit and wait. Adding more seating throughout the property would make a big difference. Other than those small suggestions, we truly loved our stay and had a great experience. I would definitely come back and recommend Sandals to friends and family!"

"The resort manager and all managers were outstanding in resolving a room problem that we had. Nothing wrong with the room but was located next to the entertainment area, we asked them to move us to a quiet area of the resort and they were very happy to help us. The service was above expectations and made our week absolutely fantastic!"

"The location of the vacation club is ideal and overlooks Marigot Bay with a unique little cable funicular from Doolittles restaurant at sea level up to the villas. The pool, whilst small, is very clean with a great view."
