"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! "

"Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. I literally can't think of a single issue with Seoul 2."

"Great amenities everything you need
Only thing was major construction everywhere and unfortunately the icon will not have a bay view in future as there is tons of new apartments homes hotels and a massive shopping mall being built in front and around the icon 40 building "

"The location it’s far away from downtown, and the transportation it’s limit and expensive.. if you travel with family it’s not convenient because of the transportation and lack of restaurants around … the staff and the owner it’s super nice .. but they don’t clean and I rooms are not clean enough… "
