"Friendly and helpful staff re room service and hotel front desk. Restaurant staff took too much time getting us menus, we watched several staff standing around talking while we sat and waited for menus. A staff member walking by happened to see us w nothing and asked if we needed menus. This was about 10 mins after we were told to “sit anywhere.” Room (ground floor/king bed) was a decent size "

"I booked with another hotel that was awful and i quickly books for this one and drove to it. Im so glad I did! It was amazing! So much room in the rooms, very clean, and beautiful. The kids had so much to do. I felt safe with just me and the kids. The price was the best part. I highly recommend "

"Overall, it was was a good stay. My room by the pool was nice. It is obviously an older facility that has been redone. You had to go down a lot of stairs to get to my room and there was a step down to my patio and up to my room. I parked in the front of the hotel and went through the Lobby to get to my room. Easy to miss in the dark and if you are not expecting a step. The noise from pool was not bothersome and stopped around 10:00pm. The food was very good, although, service in the restaurant was extremely slow. It was not the wait staff. The delay came from the kitchen. In my opinion, it is because they were too busy doing orders from the pool and room service. There should only be bar service at the pool if there is not a small kitchen or grill poolside. Overall, a nice stay and I would go back."
