Camera d' epoca a due passi dal D'uomo.

Palazzo d'epoca, dal prospetto importante. Appartamento bello, camere grandi e importanti. Consiglierei un arredamento adeguato allo stile dell'immobile, alzerebbe molto il livello. Posizione eccezionale della città. Ci torniamo.

Arrivée à 21h00 devant l'hôtel. Attente de plus de 30 min devant la porte puis ouverture par des locataires. Attente de 30 minutes avant l'arrivée de la responsable. Pas de réservation suite à non confirmation par Expédia. Mis à la porte par la responsable sans solution pour trouver un hébergement. Hôtel à éviter.

Don't even think about it!! Not EVEN a ONE STAR.

Where do I even begin. Expedia should refund my money back. This was the worst experience at any form of hotel/b&b that I EVER experienced and I travel a lot. The room was cleaned four times in two weeks! Used the same towels over and over. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper constantly WHENEVER there was someone to ask! No one was ever there and the couple of times they were the person was the MOST nastiest, unfriendliest and screaming person I have ever experienced in this environment. Oh, did I forget to mention that my medicine was stolen from the room? As far as the room, TERRIBLE! Nothing worked in the bathroom, beds were thin foam rubber cheap stuff. Mosquito infested. Thin walls......I could go on and on

Great location, but not great hotel

Great location in Catania, but small, dark rooms and unclean bathroom. The biggest issue is that the walls are very thin, and I could hear the people who oversee the hotel talk loudly with their visiting friends or on their phones well past 2 a.m. every night.

Avoid!

We made a reservation at this hotel. We arrived and they said to come back in a few hours for our room as they were cleaning it. They told us to leave our luggage so we could grab lunch and explore Catania. When we came back later that afternoon they said they ran out of rooms and we would have to stay somewhere else. We showed them our hotels.com reservation and they said it wasn't their problem. Don't chance it in Catania. Hotels give rooms to who ever shows up first with Euros in hand. Whoever is willing to pay the most wins.
