"While the staff were very nice and check-in went well, the hotel needs to address some issues. Our room was clean however there weren't any shower products. All the containers were empty. Shower was lukewarm and the fire alarm went off at 3:15 am. We tried to call the front desk but the room landline was not working. My husband used his cellphone to reach Josh at the front desk. "Property is very run down compared to pictures. When we went into the room, it was not cleaned, stains all over the place, trash in the cans, dirty towels, to say the least, VERY dissatisfied. Asked for a refund and went next door. I will say staff was polite. "

"The room was an average budget motel room. The bathtub didn’t drain properly. The shower head definitely is not for tall people. The ac made lots of noise. The hotel is not in the best area for convenience to shopping or restaurants as some of the other hotels are. It definitely an older property "

"I love the layout of the rooms at Homewood Suites. Two beds, a small kitchen and the view of the lake ( and all the ducks) from the little living room at sunrise was so peaceful! So, functionally, its a great place to stay. The furniture in the room is pretty trashed though. Its all scratched and the bedding is low quality. Very much looks like oil field crews usually occupy most of the building so my guess is no one else cares how nice any of that is/ looks. The price was on the high end for...
