The staff were incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, making our arrival completely stress-free. "The location of the hotel is convenient, but it is hidden under an overhang next to a parking garage. There is essentially no lobby. It was a strange at first. The rooms were very nice. They provide a glass water bottle upon arrival and offer “free refills,” however they expect you to refill it yourself from a sink on the 6th floor."

"Property as described, furnished well appears to have been updated recently. Had two issues, which the manager worked to resolve quickly which we appreciated. First and biggest was a significant foul smell coming from the first bathroom, apparently coming up through the pipes if water not left in the sink, shower or bides - it got much better after they addressed, but still present. Second issue more minor was bed sheets not super clean. Pretty sure laundered and just laundered with other stuff...
