"Firstly the positives. The view from the balcony was incredible. The rooms are spacious and well designed, with table and chairs, full kitchen and lounge suite. The pool area is nice. This establishment could be much higher than a 3 star if they had an overhaul and offered more service. It is very tired and run down. In one room our shower was broken and dirty. They moved us to another room and in this room one of the bedroom lights didn't work, the toilet seat needs repair and the bathroom has...
