"Locating the hotel was a problem. Better signage would help. Sitting in the adjacent parking lot, we saw several illuminated signs, but nothing indicating the hotel was around the corner. Also, reviews mentioned available sandwiches in “The Market”, which turned out to be an empty refrigerator cooler when we arrived at 9:15 PM. The best feature of our stay was a comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep."

"We checked in with a request for a quiet room as we have a big event the next day. When we checked in we don't feel noise from the sky although it's close to Dulles airport. However, it turns out that the sound insulation is very poor. At night both of us were awakened by big noises next door. I can clearly hear all the talks of our neighbors and the noise from their activities. It's as if all of us are living in one big room. I think there's serious construction deficiencies in this hotel....

"What I didn't like was the tiny lamp lights over the bed did not give a steady stream of light. The lamp light kept flickering. They need more variety with the breakfast choices. The trundle bed I had in my room would not open. Also lastly to pay $10 per night was ridiculous!"

"We loved this place. Came down for a family function, we didnt even want to function with the fam, we wanted to explore around the hotel area. It is in the best location. Loved the outdoor patio, great for evening cigar. The staff was so friendly. Sausage gravy was awesome, and the mini waffle maker was so easy to use. When we come for next family function we are definitely staying again."

"My daughter and I stayed two nights. The AC in our room broke down 3 times and yes, I asked for a new room after the first breakdown but instead they sent a maintenance guy to fix it. After the second breakdown I asked the maintenance guy to show me how to fix it, which I did myself when it stopped working a third time as I was getting dressed for the event I came into town for. A rollaway garbage dumpster lived at the back door entrance all weekend for guests to see and smell when entering...

"Great stay with plenty of parking spaces, bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great. I especially loved the waffle maker and plenty of options including warm oatmeal."
