"The room was rundown and in need of repairs. It was not cleaned well. A family member of ours found a dead roach in his bed. At breakfast we saw a huge roach on the light outside of the breakfast room."

"This is advertised as being in Midtown. It is located in an industrial looking area by a military base. Not Midtown. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and stained. The room had a terrible smell that effected my daughter's breathing. The arms of the red chair were blackened with dirt. The walls were so thin you could hear everything in the hall and the next room. After checking out the room, we decided we could not stay and promtly found a different hotel. I told the hotel staff about the condition of the carpeting and the room, and that we couldn't stay due to the conditions. They were very understanding and canceled our reservation without any hesitation."

"Used suite, one king bed. the floor in the room is wood floor which I feel clean and easy to move things around comparing carpet floor. check in was smooth, the receptionist was polite. When sleeping I was hearing water dripping and realized the noise was from inside of the small refrigerator. It was a little bit annoying. The breakfast started at 6:30 am. It was already prepared when came down. Oatmeal was instant. good coffee machine. The hotel is surrounded by other hotels and located all the way back. "

"I traveled to Savannah and stayed here for my daughter’s engagement party and as a woman traveling alone, the property itself felt safe. The hotel is clean overall, but dated. Lots of peeling wallpaper and a little shabby, but it served my purpose."
