2. Housekeeping for our 3 rooms was terrible. After the 1st day they had no time to clean our rooms. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of they were reminded, knocked on the door and asked if we needed towels. Had to ask to empty trash cans."

"This was a very nice place. What we loved about this place: we didn't have to pay for daily parking, we didn't have to pay daily resort fee, we didn't have to pay daily amenities fees. We didn't get an outrageous bill when our stay was over.
We love that it is in walking distance to John's Pass. Will I book this place again, you bet!

"The hotel itself was great, but unfortunately the billing experience was not. We were charged multiple unexpected fees, including a per day for parking and a per day resort fee. While at the resort, the staff admitted to my face that charging me the Expedia amount directly said it was an accident and said it would be credited back. "Stayed for 2 days, the front staff were welcoming and helpful with recommendations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was able to get a good nights rest in a comfy bed and the pool was clean (pool towel available at the pool). Breakfast had a variety of options and coffee/tea were avaliable 24/7. I would definitely recommend this hotel (4 minutes from the airport)!!!"
