"The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. "

"The check in process is done at the hotel but we stayed at an annex building a distance away. It was inconvenient to have to arrive at the main hotel just to have to walk to the other building, especially when you are tired and have to carry luggage. I didn't realize that we would be responsible for taking trash out. I'm on vacation and do not want to worry about recycling, trash, etc. The annex building has no housekeeping or towels. When I requested towels, they were delivered to us which...
