"214 room was AWESOME Staff help was hindered because we only speak English Quiet clean parking lot was nice bed comfortable No coffee before 7am was dissatisfying Lack of food options was inconvenient But hotel was otherwise very good!"

"Great location, great staff, and great AC!!! There is even a good sized parking lot which is hard to come by in the Bacoli/Monte Di Procida area. Rooftop bar has incredible views as well. Would definitely stay again. Right on the beach, walkable to just about everything. Can't beat it."

"The property is quite, nice and clean. Only complaint is that the a/c in one of our 2 rooms wasn’t working. We asked for it to be fixed. It wasn’t. We suggested a room change. Figured the hotel staff would have suggested the change. Anyway, room change happened on the last night there."

"There is absolutely nothing about this hotel that I would change!! We have been coming here for holidays for several years now and each time I am reminded of how lovely this hotel and it’s staff is! The staff is just wonderful. Everyone is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable!! The rooms are great with views that are beyond stunning! The restaurant is incredible! The food divine and the view again is enchanting. Breakfast is also great! From eggs in purgatory to the delicious pastries you can’t ask for more! We look forward to going back again next summer!!!"

"Food was excellent, great scenic view, sauna on the balcony in the suite was nice! A little walk into the town and the hill is steep. There is a shuttle available from the hotel. Quiet during the day, can be loud at night as the hotel is used as a venue for parties. Overall good value for money."

"Three Things That We Liked About This Place: 1- The view from the hotel was super beautiful, mind blowing and relaxing in which it was facing the beach and the hilly landscape that was gorgeous & fantastic. 2- The helpfulness of the front desk especially Paola & Vincenzo was beyond expectation and left us without words to describe how we felt. Their customer service skills were excellent & above and beyond. Their warmth and welcoming made us feel like we were at home. Simply we can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. 3- The restaurant was amazing. Very delicious food that is made with love, perfection and passion. In our opinion their restaurant layout and food quality were the same as fine dining restaurants in Naples, Italy. Very professional restaurant staff and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. Attention To The Following Two Points: 1- The hotel is located up hill from the city and it has NO public transportation to it so either you take the taxi by calling the taxi company/order a taxi from the hotel or you rent a car which is the best option. We thank the hotel for mentioning this in advance before booking. 2- There are many events happening at the restaurant like weddings/engagement/birthday/graduation parties…..etc and it gets loud there most of the time. A positive experience for us especially with the front desk staff that we were super impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness and warmth."
