"Clean pool, big rooms, very clean property."

"A very pleasant hotel that is extremely conveniently located if you’re going to the garden of the gods. It’s a value minded independent hotel but definitely on the nicer end of it. The room was quiet and the bed was clean and comfortable and served well after a long day of hiking."

"Not many frills but great location and surprisingly quiet. Clean, fridge and air conditioning worked, and you could walk to two good dinner restaurants and Mo’s great breakfast diner. Shuttle to the more touristy area and cog railway is right down the block at daze inn. Recommend !"

"Clean well stocked rooms. Parking is a little tight if a full lot but doable with a few extra turns. Loved my stay had no issues and remote checkin/out was perfect."

"Loved the updated hotel; feels very clean and new! I used all the amenities - hot tub, sauna, etc. Everything was clean and relaxing. Nice to look at Pikes Peak while soaking in the hot tub! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is the availability of parking if you arrive after about 7pm, but the desk staff helpfully pointed out some available spots I hadn't seen. Room was clean, quiet, cozy. I loved it and will definitely return when I go back to Manitou...

"The staff was awesome, and the room was clean. It is an older facility; some wear and tear and outdated items were the norm. There is a fridge in the room, but not a microwave. The breakfast was a very basic continental."

"I tried to call while on the road about checking in late. A lady answered the phone, mumbled about putting me on hold. She never came back on the line. I called again later, no answer. I called again later, someone picked up and hung up on me without speaking. No one answered the front desk calls I made from 8:30pm-11:30pm (7 calls unanswered over 3 hours) trying to let the hotel know I was checking in late. I left an instant message to the hotel via Expedia, the hotel never responded there...
