Sehr sauberes Zimmer, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küche gut ausgestattet. Migros und Coop etc. In ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Direkt in der City von Lugano in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss.

Room had everything I needed and access to washing machine and tumble dryer was super helpful. Bowls could have been a bit more bowly, they were more for pasta than for cereal.
