Excellent stay

Pretty good resort but does require a little bit of renovations, owners are amazing and for this price it's hard to find anything else. Have horses, chickens, parrots on site. Amazing experience

イタリア語のみの対応でしたが言葉が通じないにしても親切にしてくれました。到着時はとても優しき老夫婦のレセプションでしたが早朝の出発時には別の人がフロントにいました、しっかりと24時間レセプションに人がいるのも安心できました。

Very disappointing stay

The manager was very rude and hung up on me when I call for them to pick us up at the train station as advertised via Hotels.com it cost me 35€ for a 5 minute taxi ride. Later when I talked to the owner he reimbursed the 35€ after much discussion. It seems to be family owed the manager is the mother and the son is the owner. On Hotels.com it says English speaking, but just the son can speak english. Also no food after breakfast, just potato chips and peanuts. It was off season when we went there December and into the New Year. Just be prepared if you go to this hotel much better to rent a car to get around, no real taxis available.

Soggiorno a chiari/scuri

Abbiamo scelto questo Hotel perché lo abbiamo ritenuto strategicamente a metà strada tra Firenze, Arezzo e Pisa, ed effettivamente è così. Al massimo in 1h ti trovi in una di queste città. La struttura è datata e posta in una bellissima posizione, ai bordi del lago della diga. È bello svegliarsi, aprire le finestre e vedere un bel panorama lacustre. Il personale è molto gentile, specie la sig.ra Mara che a colazione si preoccupa che i tuoi desideri siano soddisfatti. Infatti a colazione al buffet si trovano solo yogurt e frutta, mentre la sig.ra Mara ti serve al tavolo le bevande, gli affettati e le brioche. Il complesso è pulito e ordinato, ed è dotato di un ampio parcheggio privato. Purtroppo ci sono anche degli aspetti negativi. Prima di tutto il bagno della stanza; era così piccolo che sedendosi sul water i piedi appoggiavano a metà del piatto doccia. La conseguenza era che dopo una doccia il bagno diventava un acquitrino. E poi l’insonorizzazione è inesistente; se si ha la sfortuna di avere dei vicini. Il punteggio quindi non può superare i due punti.

L'albergo è situato in una ottima posizione per il relax, in riva ad un piccolo lago (artificiale). La camera era ampia, anche se il bagno era piuttosto piccolo e con doccia chiusa da una tendina. L'accoglienza alla reception non è stata delle migliori. La colazione al buffet era piuttosto varia. In complesso un buon soggiorno, anche tenuto conto che la nostra cagnolina ha dormito gratis.
