"Wow! What an amazing stay. From the moment we stepped through the door the service was wonderful. Our receptionist (very annoyed I’ve forgotten her name) was so welcoming and helpful that we knew we were in for the perfect holiday. We landed early so she invited us to have breakfast on the beautiful terrace. We have been lucky enough to stay in many nice hotels thanks to being a travel journalist but this one is right up there with the service being thoughtful, professional and genuine. While our room didn’t have a sea view or a balcony everything else about it was ideal from the delicious soft sheets, comfy bed and being scrupulously clean. A bottle of bubbly for our 10th wedding anniversary was a generous touch. Can’t wait to go back. PS so glad we booked here rather than Dubrovnik as it is so peaceful and relaxed and only 10 mins from the airport"
