"I booked online and their check in desk was closed. I was unable to stay there for any duration of the time I reserved the room. I also contacted their customer service multiple times for a refund since the service was not rendered, and also for assistance since they did not have an option for contactless check in. Still have had no response 1 week after. My attempts were well within the check in hours with the only notice as piece of paper taped to the window. The entrance area and elevator were also dirty and smelled "

"There could be more entertainment, the lounge was barely used because there was no real entertainment. There is really no beach, or access to the beach. The area is beautiful but you can't swim in the beach water from the property. Other than those two things the resort is beautiful and service was exceptional."
