"Everything was top notch except for the check in process. Their office closes at 5 and no one to speak with to check in if you arrive after that time. I arrived at 7:30pm after driving 11 hours straight. I called and left a detailed message that I arrived and needed someone to return my call. It didn’t happen. Unbeknownst to me, there was an envelope in their mailbox with check in information with my name on it. Fortunately, I had family near by to stay overnight at their home. The next morning I spoke with the clerk and she was very kind and I explained what happened the evening before. She stated those were their office hours. Nonetheless, after officially checking in, the establishment was very clean and well maintained. I do advise to call them if you are arriving late to avoid any frustration. Other than that, the resort was great and I plan on staying there in the future."
