Cebu Parklane International Hotel
We ate dinner and breakfast at Manuel's and we were very disappointed for dinner the pork belly was just skin and fat no meat. The offered beverages were empty. The only thing that tasted good was the lasagna. Then for breakfast nothing really tasted well and the cook didn't even know how to cook ...
