"Spa was very relaxing "

"The cabin and setting were lovely, and our first day was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the next morning was disrupted by extremely loud construction and strong fumes, which was especially difficult since we came for fresh mountain air to help with asthma. The front desk was not very helpful at first and simply pointed to a small sign about construction, even though we booked through Expedia and had no prior warning. Only after several guests complained were we offered another cabin. We chose to spend the day outdoors until the noise stopped at 5 p.m. Overall, it’s a nice facility, and I would have rated it a 10 if the staff had been more honest, empathetic, and accommodating about the construction situation."

"The rooms were nice and cleaned! The staffs were amazing, except for the one that was there the first night he act like was about to pass out taking my ID from...lol"

"Modernized environment with relaxing areas to hang out at like a yoga area and fire pits to warm up together at. Room was spacious and clean, had warm lighting and designs. Loved the artwork! Bathing and toilet area was a bit cramped but I loved their soaps, shampoo and conditioner! I will stay there again."

"I absolutely LOVED this place. With the view, restaurant, hot tub and and gorgeous renovations, this is easily one of my favorite hotels. "

"The property is rundown, smells like a mixture of weed, cigarettes and mold. The area surrounding it is unsafe. The room was sticky on surfaces walls and floors and smelled terrible. I was very tired so I slept a few hours then left long before sunrise. I would highly encourage you to only stay here if you’re desperate. I am a simple traveler and I don’t require much nor do I care about hotel appearance but this place was more of a homeless shelter. "

" The hotel itself was okay. Clean enough and reasonably comfortable for a short stay. However, the staff experience really brought it down. They were unhelpful, seemed disinterested, and at times came across as rude. With better customer service, this place could be much better, but as it stands, I wouldn’t rush back. The male working early in the am was completely rude. "
