The staff at the front desk were amazing. I don’t think they get any better. No the room being on first floor sound like some one was running up and down hall way all night. Both nights Friday and Saturday. Would not want room 130 again being under a set of stairs. It’s loud with people running up ...

Very safe and nice location. Great view of Mackinaw Island. Very clean hotel. Nice hit tub and pool. Nice beds. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. We will definitely be back.
