"We we're put in a room with poorly working phone, tv & internet due to a modem issue. They put us in another room only after 3 complaints. Some staff was very attentive to the matter, others were not. "

"Rooms were outdated. Bed was not comfortable. Outside amenities were very good. For thee price I would go elsewhere."
