"Beautiful hotel, but was overbooked so we couldn’t eat at the restaurants on site. If you are a tourist at the hotel, you will be treated differently. We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service We would never return. Otherwise the "

The staff does an amazing job making it so comfortable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The tranquil park like setting is a perfect place to have an espresso or read a book. "

"Property rooms, facilities and restaurants are all very good. Only areas that were not ideal for me is having a safe place to go on walks (have to walk on a very busy road with little shoulder space. Overall a very nice place to stay"

"We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building. We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so. "I had a relaxing stay. I was in the area for work, the hotel had everything I needed. The restaurant was ok, I had the meat tasting and it was average. Otherwise the hotel is adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful the pool area was nice as was the dining area. The bathroom in the room was great, nice large rain tree shower, very clean."
