"I stayed here in 2015 and then now. 2026. The hotel has wear on the carpet but it was clean. The amenities have expanded, now a restaurant and bar. Daniel checked us in and welcomed us back each time we returned back to the hotel. He was very helpful in getting us rooms side by side. The location has excellent parking and is near many restaurants."

"The hotel is decent for a short stay. You find parking easily, which is definitely a plus. However, the rooms are a bit outdated. The refrigerator constantly wobbled when opening the door, the bed squeaked, and the carpet had several visible stains. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. The staff at check-in appeared unhappy and unwelcoming. They were not friendly, and did not even respond to a simple greeting when guests arrived. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a few...

"I stayed at Casa Mina #2(on the ground floor) for 2 nights to go to a concert at Sun bowl. Decor was so lovely and the room was spacious, it’s nice to have a refrigerator inside of the room(in the kitchen). The only thing that could be improved is the deep cleaning. I noticed some stains on the headboard, curtains, sofa cushions, and mattress cover, as well as some dust on the windows. The towels also had a mark. "The property was so unique and charming! The room was spacious and decorated impressively. There were no issues with checking in or out of the room. I felt safe with the codes on both doors to the residence and room. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. I didn’t use the kitchen area, but for a longer stay, I would definitely feel comfortable cooking! It was quiet the entire stay, and it is located in a decent area that I felt safe walking to and from. I am overall very impressed...

"Liked that we had a private room with our own restroom and dinning area. However it was pretty dusty in the dinning/kitchen area. The tub was also dusty, only noticed when I turned on the water and watched as all the dirt drained. My partner and I got stuffy noses because of there dust. The bed sheets however were clean though."

"Checked in on Friday for a two day stay. Carpet and sofa had dinner plate size stains plus AC wasn't cooling off enough. Within 45 minutes of being in the room, I went back to the office and asked for a refund but clerk refused. I booked with Expedia and there it is"no fee cancellation before May 22" it was May 21st which showed him but he still refused. I asked for at least one day refunded, again he refused. "
